From what began in Mount Airy, North Carolina, we have grown to reach all corners of the world because of the support of the places we call home. We do what we can to enable everyone in our communities to live life well. Often that means helping people get back on their feet when they need it most. With local organizations, we are giving back wherever we have put down roots.

Our Goals
1.
Renfro will be powered by 30% renewable energy and limit to 50% waste diverted from landfills by 2025.
2.
Renfro is committed to only use sustainable packaging with the goal of moving towards 100% recyclable packaging by 2025.
3.
Renfro will use sustainable yarns and materials in 100% of the products it produces by 2030.
4.
Every year, Renfro Brands will partner with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ designers for product collaborations that will seek to amplify their voices, stories, and talents.
5.
By 2025, employee statistics for BIPOC will have increased at the manager level and above by 20% from 2020 to ensure the diversity of our leaders reflect the consumers we serve.
6.
By 2022, 10% of Loops & Wales net profits will be donated to an organization aimed at helping people get back on their feet.
7.
Starting in 2022, eligible Renfro employees will receive 2 paid days off a year to volunteer with one day to volunteer with their colleagues and another to volunteer individually with an organization who has roots in their local communities. In total, Renfro aims to donate over $1M in employee time to nonprofits.

Our story begins 100-years ago in 1921 when Renfro Hosiery Mills was founded as a small domestic manufacturer with 25 employees. Now a century later, Renfro Brands has grown into a global leader in the marketing and manufacturing of the world’s most renowned sock brands.
